If you think you need repair,
here are some quick tips before
you call:
  1. If your unit is not
    working at all, check
    fuses or see if the circuit
    breaker has tripped.
  2. If the A/C seems to be
    running, but is not
    cooling properly, the
    unit may be low on
    refrigerant. Only an EPA-
    Certified technician can
    help you.
  3. If your furnace has a
    pilot, make sure that it
    has not gone out. The
    Gas Company will light
    pilots free of charge.
We offer a ROUTINE MAINTENANCE program - in the spring for your cooling system and in the fall for your furnace - for
$40.00 each visit. Please see our SERVICES page or call us at anytime for more information.
For a limited time, maintenance customers will receive your next maintenance FREE when you refer a friend,
